I'm a freelance IT and web specialist with more than 10 years of experience across business technology — from computers and printers to websites, online marketing, e-commerce and practical digital projects.
When a project needs a specialist beyond my own core skills, I can draw on a hand-picked network rather than pretending one person should be an expert at everything.
The home service and business service are now clearly separated, but the principle behind both is the same: understand the real problem, communicate clearly and leave things better than I found them.

Clear explanations
If you want to understand what happened, I'll explain it. If you only want it fixed, I won't force a lecture on you.
Know my limits
If something needs a specialist — particularly around critical data or security — I'd rather say so than experiment at your expense.
A useful crossover
Teaching taught me a lot about tech support.
I've also taught guitar for years, including children and complete beginners.
That means I'm used to explaining unfamiliar things without assuming prior knowledge, noticing when an explanation isn't landing and trying another way instead of repeating the same jargon louder.
For home IT especially, you should feel more confident after I've helped — not less.
